Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related manufacturing process field.
• 5+ years experience in Quality Engineering & Quality Control within the manufacturing industry.
• Experience in DMAIC methodology.
• Core tools experience such as FMEA, Control Plan, PPAP, etc. (Desirable).
• Experience leading a team; people management (Blue Collar).
• Experience in effectively resolving conflicts.
• Experience in root cause analysis, 8D’s methodology.
• Green Belt Certification (Desirable).
• ISO Accreditation as Internal Auditor...
