Reports to: Quality Manager
Qualifications - A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or anything related to a manufacturing process.
- 5+ years experience in Quality Engineering & Quality Control in manufacturing industry.
- Experience in DMAIC methodology.
- Core Tools experience as FMEA, Control Plan, PPAP, etc. (Desirable).
- Experience leading a team is a must, people management (Blue Collar).
- Experience in effectively resolving conflicts.
- Experience in root cause analysis, 8D'S methodology.
