Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the QA team to ensure the quality system for injectable products, including CAPAs, deviations, root‑cause analysis, and trend analysis.
• Approve validation and qualification documentation (protocols and reports) for equipment and facilities.
• Coordinate training and compliance with GMP regulations for plant personnel.
• Prepare and participate in internal and external audits, managing corrective and preventive actions.
