Role We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Lead Auditor to join our Quality team. This position reports to the Quality Assurance Manager and plays a critical role in maintaining, enhancing, and continuously improving the organization’s Quality Management System (QMS). The successful candidate will help ensure compliance with ISO standards and provide key support for internal and external audits, as well as ongoing certification initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead and perform internal audits in accordance with ISO 9001 requirements.

Develop, implement, and maintain the internal audit program and audit schedules.

Prepare audit plans, conduct audits, and generate detailed audit reports.

Identify non-conformities, root causes, and areas for improvement.

Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and ensure timely follow-up and closure.
