The Quality Control (QC) Supervisor oversees a team of QC Technicians and Analysts, monitoring product inspections and testing to ensure compliance with established quality standards. This role is responsible for coordinating daily QC activities, managing defect investigations and ensuring that product quality consistently meets customer requirements and expectations.

Directly manage and provide guidance to QC Technicians and Analysts over multiple shifts to ensure smooth daily operation of the QC laboratory.

Lead and manage team with respect to Tate & Lyle core values and behaviours:

Maintain regular communications with direct reports and ensure a high level of support and engagement within team.

Ensure compliance with EHSQS (Environment, Food, Health, Safety, Quality, and Security) and promote full team participation in programs and activities.
