QA Manual Tester (Hybrid, Polanco CDMX) – Domain: POS, QSR, Mobile
As a QA Manual Tester, you will ensure the quality and reliability of our POS and mobile products through thorough testing and collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
Your Role
- Perform requirement analysis, understand functional details, design and execute test cases for the respective feature/platform
- Identify, log, and track software defects using tools such as JIRA
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues
- Conduct e2e regression, functional and integration testing across devices, platforms and products
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand‑ups and retrospectives
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and tools
