We are seeking a highly skilled QA Automation Specialist to lead quality engineering efforts across multiple agile development teams. This role focuses on implementing enterprise-grade test automation strategies, mentoring team members, and ensuring consistent quality practices. Key Responsibilities

• Lead Quality Engineers across teams to ensure consistency, best practices, and adherence to team agreements (Definition of Ready and Definition of Done).
• Evaluate and maintain testing strategies, tools, and frameworks.
• Design, develop, and execute test automation frameworks and suites.
• Provide regular quality and status reports to stakeholders.
