Generate and manage purchase orders for the assigned category (leathers and fabrics / metallic accessories / other products). Monitor daily deliveries and manage emergencies (delays, non-conformities), activating quick solutions with suppliers. Track suppliers’ acceptance tests plans (piano collaudi). Define production site of destination for incoming orders. Maintain supplier relationships to ensure availability, timeliness, and compliance with agreements.
