Description Public Health Sanitarian I Examples of Duties Under supervision, investigates complaints involving possible nuisance code or other local code violations. Refers properties to appropriate departments. Conducts sweeps and surveys of neighborhoods for compliance with nuisance and other local codes. Under the supervision of a licensed pesticide operator, properly applies rodenticides and other pesticides as regulations and situations permit. Performs routine inspections of facilities and businesses and handles issues regulated under local codes. Performs other job-related duties as required.
