Position Summary

Under the general direction of the Regional Manager, Security this position is responsible for monitoring the day-to-day activities of security operations at the site level. Provides input on performance evaluations. Assists with the implementation all new security operations initiatives. Ensures adherence to the Company's policies and procedures, motivates and leads by example and supports Great Canadians learning environment while establishing a safe and welcoming work environment for all team members.
