Job Description Proposal Specialist located in Mexico City with a hybrid workplace type. This role reports to the Proposal Consultant Manager and works with Rockwell Automation team members and customers to develop commercial offers while ensuring compliance with internal policies and strategic, financial goals.
Responsibilities - Use general knowledge of solution capabilities, partners, and competitors to engage with team consultants and meet scope requirements.
- Take a lead or supporting role to ensure all content and estimates are complete for a comprehensive proposal that meets scope.
- Apply commercial and technical skills, using a creative approach to maximize profit and growth opportunities.
- Filter opportunities, provide feedback to increase success rates through the Win Strategy process.
- Negotiate internally and externally, applying cost, value, and profit margin understanding to establish pricing with approvals.
