Internal Kick-Off Meetings: Participate in initial project meetings.
Customer/Subcontractor Meetings: Attend meetings with the customer and/or subcontractors.
Detailed Engineering Involvement: Engage deeply in detailed engineering aspects for construction.
Assessment of Changes: Evaluate potential changes since the tender stage, including technical solutions, contractual issues, risks, and costs.
