Position Details
- Operational handling of tenders in Italy in the medical device sector
- Elaboration and timely compilation of all relevant proposal/tender documents
- Communication and coordination with the responsible departments at Headquarters
- Review and control of all agreements/contracts (product specifications, delivery times, etc.)
- On site meetings at public authorities whenever needed, e.g., for preliminary market consultations
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher degree (university, FH) in an economic or science-related field, ideally in a discipline related to healthcare
- Experience in public procurement is advantageous
- Very good process and solution-oriented way of working
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
