Responsibilities

• Prioritize and conduct business and projects generated by the portfolio in a timely manner.
• Liaise, communicate, and meet with the Board of Directors of each condominium corporation within the portfolio.
• Manage projects, emergencies, contracts, and contractors as generated by the portfolio.
• Conduct meetings and administer meeting functions (e.g., prepare agendas, follow up with accurate minutes). Some evening meetings may be required.
