The Position:
Within this role, you will manage your own portfolio of approximately 180 properties, including assistance from the Administration team.General maintenance, arrears, routine inspections, ingoing and outgoing inspections.Compliance and legal adherence: Promote industry regulations, legal requirements, and best practices, ensuring full compliance in all property management and leasing activities.Working a 5 day week and 1 in 3 Saturdays The Ideal Candidate:
A current Victorian Agents Representative
Experience in Property ManagementKnowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act...
