With a mandate to deliver over 23,000 homes through both direct delivery and strategic partnerships, it is at the forefront of shaping Ireland’s urban future.
Backed by €5 billion in equity capital and permitted to borrow up to €1.25 billion, the organisation is currently progressing over 25 direct delivery projects and spearheading initiatives that collaborate with private developers to accelerate housing delivery. It is also leading the master-planning of major regeneration zones such as Limerick Colbert Quarter, Cork Docklands, and Sandy Road in Galway.
