• Compensation: CAD 75,000 – CAD 90,000 yearly

Position Summary

AECOM is seeking a Project Support Specialist – Airport to join our team. This position is based on-site in Mississauga.

Major Responsibilities

• Support the team in coordinating working groups, meetings, progressive procurement activities, and tender review sessions.
• Support the team in organizing and reviewing design and engineering submittals, including responses to the design consultant.
• Track and manage open design and engineering issues with consultants to ensure timely resolution and closure.
• Responsible for Requests for Information (RFI) management from various parties.
• Capture and track discussion items, decisions, assumptions, risks, interfaces, and action items.
