Position Details
involves assistingwith project scoping, estimating, work methodologies, job planning, and risk
assessments, while also coordinating labour, plant, materials, and contractor
requirements. You will
also provide day-to-day leadership and support to reporting staff, ensuring
competencies, training requirements, and workplace standards are maintained in
line with company and industry expectations. You will regularly undertake site
visits to monitor project progress, ensure compliance with approved work
scopes, and maintain high standards of workmanship and safety. In addition, you
will oversee field documentation, testing requirements, reporting, GIS data
capture, and participate in project reviews and continuous improvement
initiatives. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with strong technical
knowledge, leadership capability, and a proactive approach to safety, quality,
and customer service within the electricity industry.
