Project Registration Specialist

As a Project Registration Specialist at ADI, you will support our sales teams by managing project registration applications with various product vendors. This role ensures competitive pricing for large projects, aligns stakeholders, and drives profitable business growth. You will also develop scalable support tools, maintain vendor relationships, and continuously improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Foster engagement with ADI branches and sales teams to drive sales and follow SOP for project registration.
• Register large projects with vendors to secure special pricing.
• Create, update, and re-price customer quotes and job contracts.
• Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure accurate and timely handling of registration requests.
