The Project Manager leads and delivers assigned projects across AIMA's service areas, including governance support, financial administration initiatives, community programs, and Nation capacity-building projects. This role ensures projects are coordinated, implemented, operational, and aligned with community priorities. The Project Manager works directly with First Nation leadership, internal teams, and stakeholders to drive outcomes, resolve issues, and ensure successful program delivery across multiple initiatives. The position operates as a cross-functional role supporting AIMA's internal operations, affiliated business entities (including Shelly's Indigenous Bistro), and First Nation partner communities. Assignments may vary based on organizational priorities, project needs, and capacity requirements. The Project Manager is expected to adapt to different environments and contribute across multiple service areas as required.
