They have a considerable portfolio of projects in the commercial and light industrial sectors. The company operates across Ontario and Alberta and has an increasing presence locally here in BC. They see considerable opportunities locally and, as such, they have established a permanent presence here in the Lower Mainland. Much of the work undertaken is for blue-chip repeat clients and includes offices, data centers, day care facilities, self-storage facilities, care homes and retail with values up to $50m. The company also undertakes smaller tenant improvement and capital projects.
