Job Description
Lead the Industrial Lubricants business (MWF, RP, GIL, IGO) with complete P&L ownership.Manage a diverse team of 100-200 direct and indirect reportees across India.Drive technical sales strategy, customer acquisition, and key account expansion.Collaborate with OEMs, distributors, and industrial partners to accelerate growth.Ensure robust forecasting, pricing, and operational excellence while travelling 40-50% pan‑India.The Successful Applicant
