Job Summary The Project Manager is responsible for the planning, execution, control, and completion of mechanical and HVAC projects for commercial, industrial, and institutional clients. The successful candidate will manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, procurement, quality control, and client communication while ensuring full compliance with company standards, provincial codes, safety policies, and contract requirements.
Key Responsibilities Project Management & Execution
Manage mechanical construction, HVAC, plumbing, hydronic heating, refrigeration, and retrofit projects from award through commissioning and closeout.
Develop project plans, schedules, manpower forecasts, and execution strategies.
