Project Manager for Critical Infrastructure (Data Center) – Santiago Metropolitan Area, Chile (On‑site).
Responsibilities
- Act as the Project Manager and Single Point of Contact with Owners and contractors.
- Lead the project team (construction managers, inspectors, procurement team, project control, QA/QC, HSE, HR, engineering, commissioning) as the Owner’s Representative.
- Assist the Owner on contractual matters, schedules, and milestones.
- Communicate and anticipate potential risks in the project plan.
- Support procurement strategies, including scope of work definition and division of responsibilities between contractors.
- Manage and resolve issues during the project, coordinating with cross-functional teams and vendors.
- Promote and lead project and construction follow‑up meetings with contractors and Owner.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards and promote a positive working environment. <...
