Work will be on a flexible hybrid schedule as part of Fidelity’s dynamic working arrangement. The role is based in Toronto at 483 Bay Street until late 2026, after which you will relocate to the Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway.

Responsibilities

• Strategize delivery approach with business stakeholders and leadership.
• Develop and execute plans with key achievements, deliverables, and timelines.
• Perform day‑to‑day Scrum Master responsibilities for distributed Agile delivery teams.
• Champion Agile values across the organization.
• Manage project resources, track progress and project financials.
