Overview

Our client is seeking a highly technical and driven Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end operations and digital transformation initiatives. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with an engineering background who can drive continuous improvement, advance manufacturing digitalization (MES), and manage multi-location, high-impact projects. Medical device or regulated manufacturing experience is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage complex operations, digitalization, and Manufacturing Execution System (MES) projects, including development of next-generation test systems, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement programs.

Partner with cross-functional teams—including Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, and R&D—to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics.
