JOB DESCRIPTION
Purpose & Accountability – Responsible for the management & delivery of complex multi-stream projects in accordance with Project Management Methodology, including managing project scope, schedule, financials, risk, issue, resourcing, and governance.
Planning & Management: document project scope, schedule and monitor delivery; organise and lead the Governance Fora; prepare and distribute progress reports; manage and monitor the programme’s cost/budget, project cash flow/invoicing; manage and correct deviations from plans; and communicate with relevant stakeholders.Dependency Management: coordinate early identification & management of external dependencies across the Programme.Risk Management: communicate and manage Programme risks and issues.Programme Roadmap: maintain a standardised visualisation of the roadmap of inflight deliverables and roadmap of what is coming up for onward portfolio rep...
