Summary

Green Infrastructure Partners Inc. is seeking a

Project Manager, Demolition

to oversee large-scale demolition and heavy civil projects. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, you will play a key role in delivering complex infrastructure projects on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Primary Scope Of Role

Lead full project lifecycle, from planning and design through execution and close out.

Develop and manage detailed project schedules, tracking milestones and adjusting timelines to meet client and contractual requirements.

Oversee budgets and financial accountability, including monthly forecasting, accruals, and cost control.

Prepare and negotiate contracts, manage change orders, and ensure scope adjustments are documented and approved.
