Our CRO team is central to this mission, continuously testing and optimizing landing pages, advertorials, checkouts, offers, and retention flows to maximize conversions and customer LTV. Responsibilities - Project Planning & Execution
- Own project timelines for CRO initiatives across all five core functions (Product LP, Advertorial LP, Checkout, Offer, Retention).
- Translate backlog ideas into actionable ClickUp tasks with clear ownership and deadlines.
- Maintain visibility into each test cycle — from backlog through QA, launch, and winner/loser analysis.
- Team Coordination
- Manage cross-functional collaboration with developers, QA, designers, and copywriters, ensuring smooth handoffs.
