Create and manage (initiate, plan, execute, control, close) project plans utilizing project management tools based on project goals as agreed with clients. Define resource requirements, assemble cross‑functional project team, monitor financials and timelines to ensure project is executed on time and on budget.
Lead and manage the project team. Delegate roles and responsibilities appropriately among project team members. Motivate team members, facilitate conflict resolution, decision‑making, and risk mitigation within the project team and sub‑teams.
