Project Manager / Traffic Manager oversees and optimizes content and design production workflows across marketing programs, including product launches, campaigns, and sales enablement. The role serves as the central hub for project intake, resourcing, prioritization, and execution, ensuring work moves from request through delivery.
Responsibilities
- Work with the Senior Marketing Communications Manager and team members to accept project requests and set and meet milestone dates while communicating and addressing any challenges that put a project at risk.
- Manage request intake, prioritization, and work allocation across multiple concurrent marketing projects.
- Oversee project plans in Optimizely (or similar platforms) for marketing initiatives that span multiple media, including events, social, campaigns, webinars, web, sales enablement, and product launches.
