Job Overview

Reporting to the Director – Innovation and Modernization Programs, the Project Management Specialist will drive projects to completion and ensure progress on Dryden Fibre Canada’s strategic roadmap, focusing on capital investments, cost savings projects, business process improvements and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic initiatives and long‑term future projects for the mill.
• Use applied business judgment to translate leadership’s strategic vision into discrete and actionable projects.
• Work with external vendors, contractors and consultants to coordinate studies, explore project options and achieve results.
• Lead cross‑functional project teams of internal and external resources, ensuring that the targeted impact and schedule are realized from chartering through implementation to results.
