Project Management Lead – Retrofit Accelerator Organization: The Atmospheric Fund (TAF)

Responsibilities

Support retrofit projects and associated initiatives across all phases of the project lifecycle.

Track project tasks, timelines, resources, and deliverables using project management tools.

Prepare and share clear, timely updates on project status, issues, and constraints.

Maintain accurate, well-organized, and up-to-date project documentation and records.

Draft and coordinate the execution of service contracts and collaboration agreements in line with TAF policies, governance requirements, and templates.

Process invoices by coordinating with project team members and the Finance team to ensure accurate coding, approvals, and timely payment.
