Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Project Field Coordinator to assist the Superintendent and Project Coordinator with reporting for a large-scale project. This role will primarily be based in a site office in Halifax, with regular site visits required. The position is remote, requiring a self-motivated individual who can stay focused and hold themselves accountable. You will work with systems such as BIM, Revisto, MS Project, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Superintendent and Project Coordinator with project reporting.
• Coordinate and manage administrative tasks related to construction projects.
• Regularly walk the site and report findings to the Project Managers.
• Utilize software such as BIM, Revisto, MS Project, and Microsoft Office to manage project documentation and schedules.
