Position Details
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Executed and managed MEP, Flooring, Gypsum ceiling, Carpentry, Joinery, Façade, & landscaping works.
- Project planning and execution of all site activities.
- Coordinated with the Architect, Consultant, Main contractor, and subcontractor to resolve the issues at site and ensuring the project completion within the scheduled time.
- Prepare long-term and short-term material requirement indents based on project schedule, stock, and lead time for procurement.
- Certified and verified contractor’s bill quantity.
- Prepared BOQ of additional works as per site condition.
- Prepare detailed project reports and progress updates.
