Position Details
Responsibilities:
Lead the successful implementation of surface solutions (products) in our local market
Answer customer inquiries and help them resolve any issues they may have with the product. They may provide information, troubleshoot problems, or escalate issues to other teams.
Investigate and diagnose product issues reported by customers. They work closely with engineering and other teams to resolve these problems quickly and efficiently.
Create and maintain documentation that outlines product usage instructions. This documentation helps customers get the most out of the product and can also be used to train new users.
Develop project charters, feasibility reports, project management plans, and schedules
Offer training sessions to customers. These training sessions can help customers learn how to use the product, troubleshoot common problems, and get the most out of the product’s features.
