We're seeking a Project Development Specialist to join a General Contractor specializing in commercial and industrial construction in Edmonton.

What We Offer

Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 (based on experience)

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

What You’ll Do

Build and strengthen relationships with new and existing clients across commercial, industrial, and design‑build markets.

Lead early-stage project discussions, including feasibility assessments, budgeting expectations, delivery strategies, and scope definition.

Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective clients, ensuring needs are captured accurately and communicated internally.
