Responsibilities

The Project Coordinator, reporting to the Simulated Education Faculty Lead and the Simulation/Lab Coordinator, will support the planning, coordination, and implementation of projects and initiatives within the Simulated Education Unit.

The incumbent plays a key role in ensuring the effective execution of simulation-based education activities by developing workflows and operational processes and maintaining alignment across academic and technical areas.

Responsibilities include coordinating project activities across all phases, assisting with process and workflow mapping, developing and maintaining standard operating procedures and manuals, preparing reports, and supporting other simulation-related initiatives as assigned. In this role, the incumbent will also engage and communicate with faculty, staff, students, and clinical partners to support the success and completion of all assigned projects and initiatives.
