Flynn Canada Ltd is hiring a Project Coordinator ! This position will be based out of our Halifax location, reporting to the Architectural Metals Manager.

A Day in the Life

• Work closely with Project Manager coordinating project schedules, materials, and equipment.
• Organize and coordinate submittals.
• Review and monitor schedules and quality control.
• Review all contracts and accepted quotations.
• Write up purchase orders.
• Prepare material order sheets and review quantity takeoffs.
• Attend team meetings.
• Assist production with preparing prices.
