Responsibilities/Competencies
Develop and maintain multiple project cost reports (both internal & client) on a weekly basis.Develop and maintain multiple reports on weekly and monthly labor progress and performance reports (both internal and client), project cost tracking reports for indirect labor, rental equipment, and subcontracts.Assist with development and maintenance of change management system including change orders, budget shifts, and trends including contingency management.Timely and accurate forward-looking analysis and mitigation plan development to reduce or eliminate unforeseen cost impacts.Actively par...
