Implementation of HSE requirements related to the service
Coordination:
Package control with regards to progress monitoring, equipment delivery, processing and payments of invoices, cost reporting, detailed engineering documentation administration, package reporting, commercial matters all in line with the T&Cs of the contracts and instruction from Project PMT, as well as general administration
Monitoring of progress (PRIMAVERA) on a weekly and monthly basis
Follow up delivery of equipment
Control and process of invoices (progress, milestones, reimbursable, COs, team mission expenses)
Preparation and review of correspondence with Contractor
Forecast of payments according with Contract and preparation of Package Budget S-curve
