Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Civil Construction Supervisor to coordinate and lead project-based work in Prince George and various locations in BC. Travel to project sites throughout the province may be required. Full time, 40‑60 hours per week, Monday – Friday with some weekend work. Overtime available. Seasonal project‑based work. Competitive pay $44–$54/hr. Responsibilities

Lead, coordinate, and supervise daily site activities across multiple crews or work areas. Plan work activities and ensure materials, equipment, labour, and subcontractors are available when needed. Maintain responsibility for safety, quality, and environmental performance on site. Ensure compliance with safety policies, environmental requirements, company protocols, and established metrics.
