Provide backup support when needed to perform hierarchy changes and give higher-level support. Support customers and business users by applying domain knowledge, solving problems, and small training to peers.

Responsibilities

Provide simple reporting and analysis support to customers and business users.

Understand tasks assigned and propose solutions with supervision.

Responsible for own changes and fully accountable for report functionality.

Accurate work planning and execution; accurate project and time tracking.

Write well-structured documentation that allows knowledge transfer to other AutoZoners.

Help on the development of less experienced AutoZoners.
