Proven experience as a Program/Project Manager / Agile Delivery Lead in a hybrid-agile environment (at least 5-6 years).
Proven experience in managing complex end-to-end technology/software implementation projects (preferably CRM, Commerce, Web & Mobile) as a Project/Program Manager/Team Leader
Previous experience in Professional Services, Consulting, Technology company will be a significant asset.
Very good understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle and technology includingdata-migration and data integrations.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple teams, schedules, and priorities simultaneously
Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a track record of serving as a point of contact for diverse teams and stakeholders.
