Program Manager, Community Connections & Healthy Living (12 months temporary contract).

Responsibilities

1. Conduct individual needs assessments at elementary schools to identify interests and desired program themes for after‑school programs.
2. Develop enriching after‑school programs that complement the academic plan, ensuring participants’ interests and needs are met.
3. Collaborate with district staff, parents, and community organizations to implement and maintain developmentally appropriate services and programs.
