Program Execution, Excellence Officer - Defense

In this role, you are responsible for ensuring that general governance practices, reporting standards, quality frameworks, and performance management routines (including KPI tracking and reporting) are consistently maintained across all transformation initiatives. You serve as the central guardian of governance, standards, and reporting quality, while supporting performance monitoring and sustained alignment with organizational best practices. This position plays a critical role in maintaining operational discipline, enabling transparent performance insights, and supporting the long‑term success of transformation activities across the organization.
