Program & Advising Coordinator

Full‑time term position (up to November 6, 2026) in the School of Biomedical Engineering (SBME) at the University of British Columbia. The role supports undergraduate and graduate students in the MEng and Ph.D. programs, overseeing advising, registration, timetable coordination, and student services.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinating and monitoring the administrative and operational activities for SBME’s undergraduate and graduate programs, determining deadlines, schedules, and priorities across overlapping areas.
• Administering workflow for both undergraduate and graduate programs, establishing work schedules and resolving complex issues.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for general program inquiries from students, faculty, and other UBC departments.
