Job Summary

Operate the department under HACCP regulations and WCB safety guidelines. Rotate the position with Technician #1, #2, #3, #4 equally throughout the shift. Priority for all areas in packaging is to ensure customer satisfaction and requirements are met at all times, with responsibility for final quality control checks and proper documentation. Final stages for QC control are in this area, and it is everyone’s responsibility. If no Bagger Operator is scheduled, Technician #1 will absorb the duties and responsibilities.
