What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and coordinate daily recycling operations to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant production
• Organize maintenance schedules and coordinate crews and contractors
• Ensure maintenance work is completed efficiently with minimal operational impact
• Foster a strong safety culture by promoting safe work practices and addressing hazards proactively
• Supervise, coach, and support frontline team members to achieve operational and performance goals
• Plan and monitor production schedules to meet quality, volume, and cost targets
• Collaborate with maintenance, logistics, and plant leadership to drive continuous improvement
