In this pivotal role, you will supervise and coordinate approximately 50-75 production workers, including assemblers and machine operators. Your leadership will ensure adherence to safety regulations and the timely completion of production schedules. You’ll also manage team dynamics to achieve efficiency and quality, all while fostering a motivated team environment.

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience as a production supervisor
• Direct knowledge of production operations and inventory control
